Volume Pricing
Your rate drops as your total document count grows — and once you reach a tier, you keep that rate permanently. No monthly resets.
Example: 1,000 PDFs total
50 x $4.00 = $200 + 450 x $2.50 = $1,125 + 500 x $1.50 = $750 = $2,075 total (effective rate: $2.08/PDF)
Once you've processed 50 PDFs, every document after that is $2.50. Hit 500 and it's $1.50. Cross 5,000 and every PDF is just $1.00.
Prepaid Credit Packs
Credits never expire. Use anytime. No commitment. Each credit is a fixed per-unit rate — and they count toward your lifetime volume tier.
PDF credit packs require no formal procurement for most government agencies — the P-Card limit is $5,000.

Most government PDFs are well under 50 pages. Longer documents like annual reports or policy manuals cost one extra credit for each additional 50-page block.

Per-PDF Remediation FAQ
How does volume pricing work?
Your rate drops as your lifetime document count grows — and once you reach a tier, you keep that rate permanently. Your first 50 PDFs cost $4.00 each. Documents 51–500 cost $2.50 each. After 500, every PDF is $1.50. There are no monthly resets: if you fixed 50 PDFs last quarter and send one more today, it's $2.50 — not $4.00.
What counts as one PDF?
One unique document. We use content-based fingerprinting, so resubmitting the same file does not count as a second document. If the same PDF appears at multiple URLs on your site, it is counted once.
Do credit pack credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Purchase them now and use them whenever you need documents remediated — next week, next quarter, or next year.
Can I upgrade to the full platform later?
Yes. Credit pack purchases apply toward your first year of the full platform subscription ($4,800/year). If you've already spent $1,000 on credit packs, you'd pay $3,800 to upgrade for the remaining balance of the first year.
